Job summary

The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting the company's products or services, developing and managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's growth.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Establish relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Present the company's products or services convincingly.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and conclude contracts.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Track and manage customer orders.
  • Provide high quality customer service by responding to customer queries and concerns.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services and those of the competition.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activity and results.

Qualifications

  • University degree (preferred, but not required).
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the relevant industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated, persistent and results-oriented.
